5th Lifestyle Medicine Congress, Budapest 10-12 November 2023

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the 5th Lifestyle Medicine Congress organized by ELMO (European Lifestyle Medicine Organization) in Budapest from 10th to 12th November 2023. Distinguished experts and researchers from around the world came together to share their insights, knowledge, and clinical experience. The scientific program was carefully curated to provide diverse opportunities to increase awareness and delve into the latest advancements in lifestyle medicine. We were all motivated by evidence-based strategies to promote a healthy lifestyle in our personal lives and medical practice.
